About the opportunity :
We are seeking to hire a motivated professional to work as a UX Designer in a strategic role with one of our biggest clients on products with a high impact on their revenue. This company is a leader in the home furnishings and specialty retail industry, known for its innovative approach to product design and customer experience. With a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical practices, they provide a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and creativity.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with product managers across various domains (e.g., Checkout, Product Recommendations, Product Detail Page) to design new features and enhance existing ones;
- Conduct discoveries, including competitive analyses, internal audits, and usability reviews, to identify areas for improvement;
- Navigate the typical product lifecycle : from discovery and ideation to design iteration, stakeholder reviews, and development handoff;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business goals;
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining focus and expertise in specific domains.
