Job Objective:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, and a proven track record of managing commercial projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead and supervise crews, subcontractors, and other team members, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to meet project goals.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
Oversee job site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and other industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure that all project milestones are completed on time, manage scheduling conflicts, and adjust timelines as necessary.
Identify and address challenges or delays during the project, providing creative and practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain detailed records of contracts, change orders, permits, and other necessary documentation. Prepare reports on project status, timelines, and costs for upper management.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
