Real Estate Loan Originator

Avenue One Capital a fast-growing real estate direct lending firm seeking a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is looking to break into the real estate industry. In this role, you will work closely with real estate investors, offering tailored financing solutions to meet their unique needs. With a focus on long term rental and bridge loans, this position provides an exciting opportunity to gain significant experience in real estate and build long term relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Source Deals: Build and maintain strong connections with real estate investors, realtors, and other professionals in the industry through in person meetings and over the phone conversations. Comfortability making cold calls is required.
• Educate Clients: Clearly articulate the benefits of our loan products, including our Rental property and Bridge financing options.
• Close Deals: Guide clients through the lending process, from initial inquiry to funding, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
• Act With Urgency: Attack each day with the intention of growing and being the best in the industry.
• Expand Your Network: Build a strong network and actively seek out new business opportunities to grow your client base.

• Compensation: A competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential. On target first year income of $75k - $100k with top performers earning over $150k.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
