BCBA Assessor:
Avenues ABA is looking for an experienced BCBA Assessor to join our team on a part-time or full time basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about conducting high-quality initial assessments to set the foundation for effective ABA services.
The BCBA Assessor will conduct in-person evaluations for new clients, ensuring each assessment meets clinical standards and aligns with Avenues ABA’s mission of providing individualized, evidence-based care. This position offers flexible scheduling and compensates for all billable hours worked.
Who We're Looking For:
Location:
- Must reside in or be able to travel to Maryland for in-person assessments.
Education & Certification:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
Experience & Skills:
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong background in conducting behavior analytic assessments for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Ability to translate assessment results into meaningful, individualized treatment plans.
- Proficiency in various assessment tools for evaluating behavior and adaptive functioning.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
