What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Avenues ABA?
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team! You'll create and manage personalized behavior plans, support staff and caregivers, track progress, and collaborate with teams to achieve impactful results for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Provide training and support to caregivers and RBT's.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with diverse needs
