Comprehensive Care is currently looking for a full-time Care Coordinator (Scheduler) for our Chattanooga Home Care Agency! As a Care Coordinator (Scheduler) you are responsible for ensuring that each caregiver and client receives exceptional customer service by coordinating & matching client and caregiver needs on a day-to-day / weekly basis. The Care Coordinator should have an upbeat and positive personality.

Responsibilities :
Schedule and coordinate day to day activities of caregivers and clients.
Build relationships with field staff in order to learn their preferences and abilities.
Review open shifts daily. Prioritize and schedule all open shifts.
Provide caregivers and clients with appropriate information regarding their schedules / changes.
Work with Executive Director & Care Coordinator Manager to assure proper care and staffing needs are being met.
