We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York Statewide) requirements.

Primary Skills:
- 84 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using C# and .net web services working in the title of application architect
- 60 months experience acting in an advisory role to IT management as an expert in secure Web application architecture, and coding working in the title of application architect.
- 60 months development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with experience in PL/SQL programming.
- 24 months experience designing and coding REST services.
- 30 months experience leading a development team utilizing principles of the agile methodology working in the title of application architect
- 60 months experience analyzing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, documenting application architecture and best practices for developers to follow.
- 60 months development experience using the following concepts and technologies: Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development working in the title of application architect
- 48 months experience coding to meet web application security protocols working in the title of application architect.
- 24 months experience mentoring developers in best pratices of secure application coding.
