Job Description:
- 60 months of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- 84 months of management experience with Microsoft Exchange
- 48 months experience with on-premise Microsoft Exchange 2013 or higher in a hybrid environment
- 24 months experience with Microsoft Intune Administration
- 24 months experience with MS Teams integrated Unified Communication software and support
- 72 months of Windows Server 2012 and above and Active Directory experience inclusive of Windows Server administration, Active Directory Administration, Enterprise Windows Server Patching and vulnerability management
- 24 months experience Microsoft 365 apps install/troubleshooting
- 36 months experience with Microsoft security and Purview compliance center, including data classification, automatic labelling, etc
- 36 months experience reviewing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 access and functional issues using logs and other analysis tools
