What You'll Do
- Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
- Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
- Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
- Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process
- Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability
- Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
- Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements
Where You'll Work
Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug
and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our expansive building is newly renovated, modern and
appealing, offering an array of amenities and a true hotel-like experience. Set on 7.74 acres of
picturesque and secluded property, Avenues at Eastern Shore provides the ideal setting for clients to
heal, re-connect and re-discover themselves. Our multidisciplinary staff include therapists, clinicians,
nurses, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians who are trained
in all key therapeutic modalities - and all of whom provide compassionate, dignified and
unsurpassed care each day.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
- Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Honest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principles
