Key Responsibilities
Support Clinical Director in all relevant duties and manage daily operations of the clinical program. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance oversight, as well as collaborate with Utilization Review team for authorization and retention.
Key responsibilities include group facilitation and small caseload management, oversight of client engagement and morale in a supportive recovery environment, and ensuring efficient organizational skills and strong time management. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure seamless program execution.
Requirements
Master's degree or higher in related field required, along with 3 years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients. Current licensure required in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD etc.) - Board-approved supervisor. Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills are essential for this role. Positive character modeling recovery principles and being an active participant in employee growth opportunities are highly valued.
