About the Position :

Are you passionate about crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces? AvePoint is seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join our global team of innovators. In this role, your primary focus will be on designing clean, engaging, and functional user interfaces, while incorporating UX principles to ensure seamless and user-friendly experiences. What You’ll Do :

As a UI / UX Designer at AvePoint, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual design, interactivity, and usability of our products. While your primary focus will be on creating visually stunning and functional user interfaces, you’ll also apply UX principles to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience. Your responsibilities will include :

• Interface Design : Craft high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI elements that align with our brand and meet user needs.
• User Research : Understand user needs and behaviors through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform interface and experience design.
• Design Standards : Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving : Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
• Usability Testing : Plan and conduct user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and incorporate changes to enhance interface usability and satisfaction.
• Seamless Implementation : Collaborate with developers to ensure the flawless execution of designs and address implementation challenges.
• Innovation & Trends : Stay updated on UI design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them to elevate our products.
