Position Overview
The CDWG Channel Account Manager is a critical role responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships within the CDWG K12 and Higher Education segments. This position will drive revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and ensure partner satisfaction across both education sectors. As a key member of the AVer sales team, you will develop and execute strategies that address the unique needs of K12 schools and higher education institutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management : Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at CDWG, focusing on both K12 and higher education markets.
- Channel Strategy Development : Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to design and implement tailored channel strategies that address the needs of K12 schools and higher education institutions.
- Sales Performance and Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across K12 and higher education, prioritizing top-performing CDWG executives and their territories.
- Partner Enablement and Support : Provide training, resources, and tools to CDWG sellers to enhance their ability to position and sell AVer solutions to K12 and higher education customers.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management : Develop accurate forecasts and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring balanced growth in both K12 and higher education segments.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) : Conduct regular QBRs with CDWG leadership to review performance, align strategies, and discuss opportunities within both education segments.
- Training and Education : Organize and facilitate monthly training sessions (virtual or in-person) across key CDWG locations to educate sales teams about AVer solutions for K12 and higher education customers.
- Collaborative Marketing Initiatives : Work with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns tailored to K12 schools and higher education institutions, increasing brand visibility within both markets.
- Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both segments, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with business goals.
- Event Support : Represent AVer at CDWG-led events, trade shows, or promotional activities to showcase solutions for both K12 and higher education audiences.
