Position Highlights:
We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, and current licensure in the state of practice. Experience in individual and group therapy is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling services to patients and their families
- Participate in interdisciplinary activities and provide the counselor perspective
- Offer therapy treatment to patients with complex emotional or social problems
- Assume consultation, supervisory, teaching, research, and program development roles
Requirements:
- Masters level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university
- Current license in the state(s) of practice
- Independent license to practice Social Work, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Counselor in Iowa
