Job Description
Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) work at Avera Marshall Hospital, providing anesthesia care to patients across the lifespan in various settings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operative patient assessments and develop plans of care.
- Establish and maintain essential venous access and ensure proper airway management.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
- Transfer care to appropriate staff members after procedures are completed.
- Provide post-operative follow-up care for each case performed.
- Assist in the education and training of anesthesia students.
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Able to work primarily day shifts with occasional night, weekend, and holiday on-call involvement.

Salary : $240,000 - $260,000
