**About the Role:**
Avera Health is seeking a skilled Digital Imaging Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing various medical imaging procedures, including transthoracic echoes and vascular ultrasound exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing medical imaging procedures as ordered by healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate and efficient clinical diagnostic images
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Assisting with staff training and quality control within the department
Requirements:
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- Registration as an Ultrasound Technologist with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- New graduates must have initial registry within one year of hire
