What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provide emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to perform routine and non-routine duties, including vital sign measurements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally.
