Nursing Career Development and Operations

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing to manage, supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the long term care facility including staffing, nursing services and scheduling.
- Identify and review operational concerns and problems, resolving or bringing to the VP of Operations attention.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's from an accredited school of nursing or
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- 4-6 years Nursing experience
- 1-3 years Leadership
