Team Collaboration and Communication
The successful candidate will guide staff in meeting the needs of residents, practicing routines based on individual needs, and participating in physician rounds. They will communicate changes in resident condition to physicians using the SBAR communication tool and process/transcribe physician's orders, implementing them according to facility policy.
The ideal candidate will seek educational opportunities, share knowledge with others, and assist with orientation of new staff.
