Position Highlights
The Manager – RN Clinic is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within North Central Clinic, a Division of Avera Heart Hospital. This role ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinical workflows, and a supportive work environment for the nursing team. Reporting to the director of operations, the Manager – RN Clinic will collaborate with clinic leadership, physicians, and other departments, such as echo services and stress testing services, to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for our patients.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role, preferred experience in a specialty clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiology care protocols and familiarity with echo and stress testing workflows preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and support a diverse nursing team.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements.
