Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Technology is required, along with certification from a reputable organization such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) within one year of hire. You must also be able to communicate effectively with other departments and individuals, both verbally and in writing.
