Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures, and related duties
- Utilize scientific principles, technical, procedural, and problem-solving aptitudes for day-to-day laboratory technical operations
- Ensure quality control, quality assurance, procedure/instrument maintenance, and corrective action
Requirements
- Bachelor's transcript showing a Medical Laboratory Scientist degree or a Medical Technologist degree
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Medical Technologists (AMT) within 1 year or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) within 1 year
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
