- Day-to-day operations of laboratory instrumentation or disciplines, including supply inventory, quality control, calibration, reagent preparation, etc.
- Performing basic to complex clinical laboratory tests using theoretical knowledge and independent judgment.
- Distinguishing between normal and abnormal clinical laboratory parameters and taking corrective actions.
- Communicating laboratory data and technical information to relevant departments and individuals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Critiquing, correlating, and differentiating test results using theoretical knowledge and established protocols.
Requirements:
