">• Welcome patients, check them in, and complete registration processes, including verifying demographics, insurance, and collecting service payments.
">• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, scanning pertinent information and responding to calls, messages, and faxes.
">• Coordinate nurse, physician, and patient time to expedite delivery of care and provide friendly and efficient service to patients.
">• Direct patients to ancillary services as needed and work effectively in a team environment to maintain a productive and efficient environment.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:
">• High School or GED equivalent or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
">• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
