Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, a valid license in one of the above-mentioned disciplines, and 4-6 years of related experience and/or training. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for the following duties and expectations:
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions: In accordance with accepted principles of the National Association of Social Workers, you will provide therapy sessions that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Coordinate treatment programs: You will work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Assess patient progress: Regularly assessing patient progress and modifying or extending treatment programs as needed.
- Document patient information: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Maintain confidentiality: Adhering to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and maintaining discretion at all times.
