Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all nursing care provided in Cardiology, Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab, and Cath Lab settings.
- Act as a patient advocate and intervene if necessary to ensure that patient care is not compromised.
- Monitor follow-up and provide further intervention as needed.
- Administer conscious sedation.
- Monitor and care for patients undergoing cardiac or vascular angiogram/arteriogram.
Qualifications:
- Active license in the state of practice
- Minimum 6 months critical care experience preferred
