• Document resident information accurately and provide feedback to nursing staff on patient conditions
• Comply with established policies and procedures related to fire safety, infection control, and resident rights
Requirements
• Certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) within 120 days
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of related experience or training
