Work Schedule: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends
Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication among healthcare providers
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Conduct ongoing education and training for patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
Requirements
- Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical or long-term care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to lift, push, and move patients and equipment as necessary
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
