Job Summary
- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Perform routine duties, including feeding, transferring, and repositioning residents.
- Document resident care and provide feedback to nursing staff on status or changes in patient conditions.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure is required.
- Medication Aide licensure is also required within 120 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Less than 1 year of experience in long-term care, housekeeping, dietary, laundry, or activities is preferred.
