Key Responsibilities
">As a Patient Services Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
">• Ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's reception areas, including welcoming patients, checking them in, and completing registration processes.
">• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, scanning pertinent information and responding to calls, messages, and faxes.
">• Coordinating nurse, physician, and patient time to expedite delivery of care and providing friendly and efficient service to patients.
">• Directing patients to ancillary services as needed and working effectively in a team environment to maintain a productive and efficient environment.
">Essential Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:
">• High School or GED equivalent or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
">• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
">• Strong visual acuity and ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.
