The Certified Nursing Assistant role at Platte Health Center involves providing exceptional patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare patients for meals, transfers, and medical treatments.
- Document patient information, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program and current certification.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or acute care.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
