The formal training program consists of :
- Temporary Nurse Aide Training
- On the job training
- Competency evaluations
- Completion of 75-hour Certified Nurse Aide course within 90 days of hire (or soonest course available upon hire)We are looking for AMAZING individuals with a "Get It Done" attitude! The ability to work with a TEAM in a collaborative and communicative environment is a MUST!Patient Care Technician Responsibilities :
- Performs treatments within the scope of the Patient Care Aide duties as directed by the RN / LPN.
- Performs basic care tasks under the direction of an RN / LPN to maintain comfort and well-being of the patient.
- Monitors vital signs, weight, height, and intake and output as directed.
- Flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays.Patient Care Technician Requirements :
- Completion of Temporary Nurse Aide training within first week of hire.
- Competencies completion.
- 75-hour Certified Nursing Assistant course from an accredited program within first 90 days of employment.
- BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
