Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work the specified hours and demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care. This includes, but is not limited to, oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup, and monitoring.
A valid Associate's degree and an active license in the state of practice as a Respiratory Therapist are required upon hire. Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is also necessary.
