$23.75 - $36.00Role Responsibilities
- Perform a range of radiology procedures to produce examinations of premium diagnostic quality in accordance with policy and procedure on a daily basis.
- Deliver exceptional patient care during the performance of radiology procedures.
- Maintain inventory and stock supplies as necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning according to procedure, and perform equipment repair when required.
- Communicate effectively with departments and physicians as needed.
- Implement quality control and quality assurance procedures for radiology and adhere to outlined standards by the State of SD, FDA, and JCAHO.
- Promote image transfer to outside facilities for comparison and ensure reports are sent to external providers who request images from the facility.
- Assist with scanning and processing of reports and images, as well as other office maintenance duties. Complete associated paperwork, including EMR entry.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or certificate of completion from an accredited School of Radiology and ARRT Certification - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 60 days. Additionally, they must be able to work the specified hours and possess strong communication skills, visual acuity, and hearing abilities.
