About the Role:
This position requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and communication skills. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct care and services to residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform routine and non-routine tasks as directed by nursing staff, such as feeding, toileting, and transfers.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Support residents and families with emotional, educational, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required within 120 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Less than 1 year of related experience or training.
