Day Shift (6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.)
Evening Shift (3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.)
Rotating weekend / holidays

Becoming a resident assistant, in an assisted living facility, is a rewarding career as it allows you to directly make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents by providing them with personalized care, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to their overall well-being, offering a sense of fulfillment through helping others in a supportive community setting.
What you will do :
- Assist residents with daily activities, providing physical and emotional support, which can significantly improve their quality of life.
- Develop close relationships with residents and their families, getting to know their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Monitor the health and safety of residents, identifying potential hazards and ensuring quick access to help when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
- Notify nurses or supervisors about changes in residents' conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' information.
- Understanding and following established policy and procedures related to fire, tornado, evacuation, disaster plan, universal precautions, infection control procedures, hazardous and chemical communication program.
- Mentor new employees and assists with their orientation.
- Lead, by example, following Freeman Regional Health Services CARE standards.
