Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a sterile environment to prevent contamination and promote patient safety
- Performing instrument counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Orienting new staff members as needed to ensure a smooth transition
- Assisting surgeons with procedures, including handing required instruments without difficulty
- Documenting controls accurately and correctly from Steris DX and flash sterilization

Requirements:
- Less than 1 year previous healthcare experience preferred
