Position Highlights Position Summary: The Patient Financial Services Supervisor is responsible for guiding and supervising the activities of the Acute and Ambulatory Patient Financial Services team members. Ensuring quality patient accounting services by working with team members to execute Acute and Ambulatory billing and payment collection processes flow while achieving quality results. Collaborates with Director of Patient Financial Services to validate accuracy of team member performance, conducting quality audits, training team members, evaluating and ensuring quality performance. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5 or as directed by Patient Financial Services Director. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred; or at least three years of related experience and/or training is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Minimum of five years leadership experience in healthcare, hospital/clinic experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: None required.
