A Brief Overview
Responsible to drive to and set up a mobile unit at the site of operation. The driver will also function as the patient receptionist.
What you will do
- Performs receptionist duties of patient registration and history completion, directs patients and assists with efficient schedule workflow.
- Operates vehicle in a safe manner following all traffic laws; ensuring the vehicle is locked after parking in designated areas at the end of the scheduled shift.
- Alert to hospital security concerns and report any crime or act of vandalism to hospital security.
- Reports any maintenance needs to QC Coordinator and Manager and takes an active role in scheduling maintenance.
- Determines needed quantities of supplies, checks messages for additional instructions, supplies or communication for staff and Manager.
- Assist with image processing, previous image gathering and prepares for Radiologist readings.
- Examines schedules to determine the length of time needed for loading of the Mobile Unit, driving to the site(s), parking considerations, and set-up. Performs applicable exams and completes documentation
- Responsible for daily shut down activities as per duty list.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent ; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commercial Driver's License - Licensing Board including successful completion of a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug scrren
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
