Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000 annual salary

A Brief Overview

Accountable for ensuring the cleanliness, safety and functionality of the Avera Marshall facilities, direction of the maintenance staff and for the construction management of all facility projects.

What you will do

• Enthusiastically works with staff to create, implement and maintain the department's quality, education and 90 day plans and budget to ensure that all are in alignment with the organization's strategic plan.
• Employs business techniques that contribute to organizational viability and move the organization forward (business planning and execution).
• Passionately articulates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values at every opportunity (mission commitment).
• Consistently monitors performance indicators and promptly addresses issues.
• Coordinates and oversees new construction and remodeling projects.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

• High School or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years Experience in a related field

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

• Class A Master Electrician - Licensing Board
• Master Plumber - Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
• Experience in leadership
• 4-6 years Working in a Joint Commission Certified Facility
