This position is with Western Mental Health Center
SUMMARY:
- Assist in planning, installation, and implementation of EHR development and upgrade projects along with Desktop/Helpdesk support.
DUTIES:
- Assisting with the training of all employees on data capture to satisfy grant requirements of the CCBHC care delivery model.
- Shares in System Administration for the EHR System.
- Participates in EHR design and build sessions, tests the application, and documents the findings.
- Maintains the EHR issues database/helpdesk.
- Assist in conducting user workflow analysis to determine possible improvements in the use of existing software systems or the possible additions/changes to the systems.
- Develops and delivers training documentation and instruction for end users.
- Assist in the development of forms and applications needed for the EHR.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mission-critical system's functionality and utilization improvement.
- Performs special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years experience preferred
