As a Laboratory Technician at Avera Windom Clinic, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes teamwork, compassion, and patient-centered care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine clinical laboratory procedures and basic clinical laboratory functions with expediency and accuracy.
**Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology from a two-year college or technical school (or equivalent).
- 6-12 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
**Certification and Registration:
- Registered as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) required.
- ASCP or AMT registry preferred.
**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday day shift, PRN as needed. Competitive hourly rate: $21.00-$30.25 per hour.
