We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our mission-driven organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, providing exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees, and communicating problems, conditions, and information back to the Environmental Director of Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Help all departments through our requisition for service program.
- Keep the building and all equipment in good repair.
- Communicate problems, conditions, and information back to the Environmental Director of Facilities.
- Be on call assigned days to provide 24 hour service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, temperature controls, welding, and hardware troubleshooting is required.
- Valid Drivers License required.
