Job Summary:
Serves as a member of the providers Care Team in coordinating patient flow by managing phone calls, schedules, supplies, equipment, and assisting with clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages phone calls and schedules
- Coordinates supplies and equipment
- Assists with clinical responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred
- Written and oral communication skills and medical terminology experience preferred
- Computer knowledge and skills preferred
- Previous experience with ICD 9 or coding preferred
Work Schedule:
Varied day shifts as needed, PRN; Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm; occasional Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm
Pay:
$17.50 - $22.00 per hour; actual hourly rate dependent upon experience
Salary : $18 - $22
