What are the responsibilities and job description for the RESIDENT DINING ASSISTANT - LONG-TERM CARE position at Avera?
The primary function of this role will be to assist staff with residents in the dining room before and during meal times.
- Education and / or Experience
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and / or REGISTRATIONS
- Completion of an 8 hour Resident Dining Feeding Assistant Program or certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota required. If you do not have your Resident Dining Feeding Assistant Program Certification or CNA certification , you must obtained either the Resident Dining Assistant feeding Program certification within 60 days of starting this position or your CNA certification within 120 days of starting this position.
- Work Schedule
- PRN, as needed
- 17.00 - $20.50 per hour
