Evening Shift: 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm every other weekend and holiday

A Brief Overview
The primary focus will be resident engagement, assist with set up and clean up of the daily lunch, assist in the planning of and helping with daily activities and events for the residents, miscellaneous office tasks, and assist and relieve manager as needed.
What you will do
- Picks up morning check slips (well sheets) going door-to-door for each resident.
- Plans weekly events/activities. Gather and set out needed items for daily activities/events.
- Updates resident information. Completes resident rounding -1 scheduled, person-to-person visit, per day.
- Assists with setup in the kitchen and of the commons area during the lunch period. Interact with and assist residents as they come to lunch. Assist with the cleanup of the kitchen and commons areas after residents are done eating.
- Will follow up on miscellaneous clerical work, filing and answering the phone.
- Covers for the manager in his/her absence.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Experience in a people related business
