Averill Hospitality's new venue, Thirty-Eight, centrally located in downtown Whitefish is seeking Ice Cream Attendants to work with our Team. $14 per hour tips.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The ice cream attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the guest. They will make a variety of ice cream sandwiches and scoop ice cream. They will also be responsible for ringing in guest orders and maintaining the ice cream truck so it is clean and inviting. The attendant opens and closes the ice cream truck and collects payments.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains a professional image.
- Maintains professional working relationships.
- Performs ice cream truck opening and closing procedures.
- Offers excellent customer service while preparing and serving ice cream.
- Keeps ice cream cooler stocked with ice cream and condiments
- Keeps area clean and inviting.
- Assists guest with any specific requests.
- Notifies manager of unhappy guests.
- Performs assigned side work duties.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
- Lift 30 pounds.
- Able to manage unsatisfactory guest experiences and notify Manager.
- Stand during an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to multitask under stress.
- Must be organized and remain calm during the shift.
