Job Requirements: As a Tiki Bartender at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, you will join a high-level, quality establishment and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional image, working relationships, collecting payment, following company cash handling procedures, providing customer service, and maintaining excellent product knowledge. You must be able to memorize cocktail recipes, make consistent drinks in line with company standards, accurately measure liquor, beer, and wine pours, and maintain composure in a busy bar environment.
Key Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have 2 years of experience at a high-quality establishment, possess computer and point-of-sales skills, and obtain proper TIPS training to serve alcoholic beverages. Additionally, you should be organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and have strong communication skills. You must also be able to develop relationships, foster cooperation, and balance team and individual responsibilities. Furthermore, you should be a team player, maintain expected levels of appearance and hygiene, and be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays without restrictions during peak season.
