As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in supporting both our customers and sales team, ensuring everything stays in motion and that our top-tier customers receive the best possible service.

Business Development Associate Job Description :

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct support to customers and the sales team by assisting with customer reports, analysis, and issue resolution.

Proactively manage relationships with our top-tier customers, including overseeing retail (MABD) shipments.

Collaborate with new customers, service centers, and corporate departments to successfully onboard or implement new clients.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and manage data.

Work closely with and support our sales team to meet customer needs and business goals.

Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to help streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Be a positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (required)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting
