We are searching for a Business Analyst to assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT solutions for our company. In this role, you will help evaluate business processes, gather requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. You'll work closely with other Averitt team members, programmers, and software vendors. Depending on the project, screen and workflow changes may also be required.

About the position:
- Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- We're onboarding new software and need a Business Analyst to act as the liaison between internal teams, software vendors and integrators
- Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes
- Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's software platforms
- Designing IT solutions and solving issues effectively
- Executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.
- Developing new IT methods and solutions for the business
- Reporting issues, advances made, and other important information to stakeholders
- Advising management on weak points, avenues for improvement, and risks in the company's software platforms
- Strategizing with others on how to best align IT systems with company objectives
