- Competitive pay :
- Average $1,021 per week / $53,105 per year (based on 45 hours per week)
- Starting pay is $21.50 per hour
- Top pay of $22.50 per hour
- 50 cent increases every 90 days
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Average 43 - 50 hours per week
- Home daily
- Monday-Friday; 2nd shift, 2 : 30 p.m.-11 p.m.
- Occasional weekend work as needed; at least 2 Saturdays per month

- Must live within a 75-mile radius
- 6 months' verifiable tractor-trailer and / or switching experience within past 3 years
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers must have Class A CDL
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions :
- Open / Close Trailer Doors - force requirement : 46 lbs
- Count freight
- Complete fuel tickets
- Obtain sales leads
- Hook / Unhook trailer - force requirement : 90 lbs (Class A Only)
- Perform pre-trip inspections
